  • Audit/reputation data is not deleted.
  • A brand may improve its standing only by correcting its site and requesting a fresh audit, which produces an updated score.
  • Audit and reputation data cannot be deleted or suppressed under any circumstances. Brands wishing to change their standing must correct their site and request a new audit.

This public record treatment applies to audit and reputation data, not to your personal order data, which is governed by the retention rules below.

7. Cookies

We use only:

Marketing Awards are customizable physical objects. They do not represent deterministic claims.

  • BrandAIAwards.com claims no affiliation with any brand named on a Marketing Award.
  • BrandAIAwards.com may reject text that violates law (defamation, impersonation, prohibited content).

12. Production Characteristics

All awards are manually produced. Variations are inherent characteristics, not defects.

These characteristics do not constitute grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

13. Shipping Policy

If the courier loses or damages the item, BrandAIAwards.com will replace the item and will handle all communication with the courier and its insurance. No refunds are provided under any circumstances for lost or damaged items; replacement is the sole remedy.
